Bernz Caasi

Bernz Caasi is a former anti-Catholic Protestant. He asked his mom to burn the statues of Catholic saints, thinking they were idolatrous. He also thought that God was calling him to be a pastor. The prayers of Our Lady brought him to the Catholic Church.

He was a radio broadcaster and has been a motivational speaker for more than 10 years already, but it was only in 2020 that he became a Catholic online content creator. He started a podcast, entitled Unboxing Catholicism, as a way to help people defend the faith clearly without being preachy. The podcast evolved into a weekly Facebook and YouTube Live Broadcast with Fr. Franz Dizon. The online content has also evolved into an online community now with more than 2,000 members from different parts of the world.

Bernz is currently writing his first book, Unboxing Catholicism, which will serve as a detailed account of his conversion and principles in apologetics and evangelization. He is also preparing to launch the Unboxing Catholicism University, which will be a "Netflix" of Catholic videos and resources made by Filipino Catholic speakers for the Filipino faithful.

Bernz is also a teacher, a family financial planner, Marketing and HR practitioner, and the international conference organizer for the Parents for Education Foundation or PAREF.
