The home is the real frontline, thus, there is a need to increase the resilience and response capacities of families to respond to a stressful life event such as the COVID-19 pandemic and its accompanying socio-economic impact. Families’ preparedness to respond is dependent on the level of guidance and support that they receive from the community. As Christian communities, we need to recognize Jesus Christ as we encounter Him every day in the midst of our families, in our place of work and where we are at a given moment. As His followers, it is our hope that other people will experience the love of Jesus Christ whenever they encounter us as well.
