The JCL Conference is an annual gathering of students, parents, educators and young professionals around the world to share ideas, inspiration, and best practices on living and promoting the life centered on the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ.

The conference is spearheaded by PAREF (Parents for Education Foundation) based in the Philippines, in partnership with Parousia Media based in Australia.

Inspired by St. Josemaria Escriva, founder of Opus Dei, the PAREF system is a non-sectarian, non-stock network of exclusive schools for boys and girls in the Philippines.

This was established in 1977 by parents who wished to give their children balanced and demanding formation in academics and character development.

It has affiliate schools from different countries like the Fomento Schools in Spain, PACT Schools in the UK, PARED Schools in Australia, and other learning institutions in the US such as The Heights.
